About Us

  • Patrick Elshaw, President Patrick has been in the insurance industry since 1998. Prior to joining RBS, he was in charge of the financial services department at Fitzmaurice-Garvin Insurance Agency. During his tenure there, he has worked on projects involving a joint venture with the Northern Physicians Organization and the Michigan State Medical Society, which includes a statewide implementation of insurance sales. He has also created a joint venture with a charitable organization for fund raising opportunities. Prior to joining Fitzmaurice Garvin, he worked with another insurance agency in Traverse City supervising their financial services department. Patrick has an Economics degree from the University of Illinois in Champaign and numerous designations in the life and health industry.

    Amy O'Meara Chambers, J.D., EVP & Chief Legal Counsel Amy Chambers has worked in the employee benefits industry for nearly 15 years. She began her career as a life and health group underwriter in Pennsylvania, continued her interest in employee benefits as an ERISA attorney at a major Michigan law firm, and then spent many years contributing to a large Midwest health insurance carrier where she rose from Associate General Counsel to the position of Vice President, Market and Product Development

  • Tim Heger, CIO & Epiphany® Architect Tim Heger is an accomplished technology professional with over 20 years of business success in information technology, with a specific focus on strategy and portfolio/project management on high-volume, high-traffic web-enabled infrastructures. Prior to joining RBS, Tim started a successful independent consulting organization, The Heger Group, and he has traveled throughout the US and Australia helping such clients has Harley Davidson, Kohl's Department Stores, Coles Meyer (Australia's largest employer), and Warner Brothers with their technology, business and staffing strategy utilizing state of the art technologies and business processes.
